My new hand-drawn moo t-shirt :)

It's summer now, I wanted to have my unique t-shirt for 2010. But how to get it unique? We end up with the idea of drawing my own t-shirt. Recently, moo is my favourite, I even have one drawn on my paddle :) So, I wanted one on my new t-shirt as well.

First of all, we did some moo sketches on recycled paper to develop the idea:
I quite like this one, because it's cute, sweet, and fat, haha! So, this will be my moo:
Next, we drew it onto the new white cotton t-shirt I got rcently:
Finished! Isn't it cute? :D
Here's how my new moo t-shirt looked after I permanently set the drawing, so, it's washable now :D

I would love to see your hand-drawn t-shirt, or if you prefer this kind of hand-drawn t-shirt will be available in my shop in October :)

our 4th launch was in Marazion, Sounth West Cornwall

There's a small tidal island in west Cornwall called St Michael's Mount. At low tide, the island is walkable from the beautiful town of Marazion. To launch our kayak, we went there when the tide was high. Because we were facing the wind, it took us 35 min to paddle from where we parked to the nearest point of the island, and 25 min back. It was great fun!! After exploring in the sun for 4 hours, I am TAN now :)

St Michael's Mount at high tide yesterday:

Kayaking

Summer is the most exciting time in Cornwall: lovely sunshine, blue sky, wild flowers, golden beaches, juicy fruits... and of course it's boating time ^0^
This is how I look (a bit silly? I know, haha) when the Cornish weather allows me to have an adventure:
It has been 3 times since this spring. Fingers crossed that the coming Sunday is a sunny and no-wind day, so it could be launched again for St Michaels Mount :)

my mini Cornish garden

Recently, I picked up some small plants around Cornwall and put them in my tiny pot. Some of them are from a cliff, some of them are from a wall, some of them are from a beach. As you could see, some of them are still stuggling after the recent move, but some of them have settled down and are blooming :D
Anyway, Here I present my small Cornish garden:
